Benedikt Bouillon

General Manager
Stonyridge Vineyard

 

Benedikt Bouillon is the General Manager at Stonyridge Vineyard, a premium red wine producer on Waiheke Island, near Auckland. He has a background in hotels, having previously managed the ultra-luxury Lodges of Kauri Cliffs in the Bay of Islands and Matakauri Lodge in Queenstown. Prior to his time in New Zealand, he worked in internationally renowned hotel groups of Mandarin Oriental, Design Hotels, Luxury Collection and Leading Hotels of the World. Choosing a change of career came easy when he was offered to take over New Zealand’s most icon vineyard. In this diverse role he draws from his experience and finds creative ways to tackle the modern challenges of hospitality.

Pamela Lester

Director of Talent & Culture
Sofitel Brisbane Central

Joining the team at Sofitel Brisbane Central as Director of Talent & Culture in July last year, Pamela possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in effective hiring processes and managing teams in sizeable organisations.

 

Beginning her human resources career in the public sector, Pamela’s discernible passion for hotels led her to hold managerial positions across a number of properties, becoming a trusted advisor and a valued and respected leader in the teams she joined.

Stefan Overzier

Head of Customer Success & Support, ResDiary

There is no one more passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry than Stefan. His experience spans from managing a youth hostel for 12 years, to starting his own cafe/bar/restaurant in Daylesford called Breakfast & Beer, then into supervising a fine dining restaurant. His success, learnings, and love for taking care of customers took him to work for Dimmi for 9 years where he could help guide restaurants on how to take care of their own customers. Currently he is Head of Customer Success & Support for ResDiary, and continues to help venues across Australia & New Zealand grow through the use of the table management system.
