About the Integration

A seamless booking experience for your guests. 

The Guestline and Resdiary integration is a two-way integration, which allows the systems to transfer information, allowing bookings to be created, edited, and cancelled from within the  platform. Clever channel management allows you to control and report on bookings coming through the integration.

  • The enhanced integration now enables your front desk staff to elevate the guest experience, by providing table reservations and seamlessly integrating restaurant bookings and additional services into the overall booking process for your hotel.
  • The process for your guests to easily make and manage their restaurant bookings before and during their stay has been simplified, via the Guest self-service portal.
