Customer Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

  1. The ResDiary Customer Referral Programme is available to all existing customers (Referrer) with an active ResDiary account that are based in UK and Europe.

  2. To be eligible for the ResDiary Referral Programme, the Referrer must refer our services to a contact (Referee) who is not an existing customer of ResDiary, or currently in negotiations with ResDiary about becoming a customer. Self-referrals will not be accepted.

  3. The Referrer must complete the referral form on the ResDiary Customer Referral Programme on resdiary.com in order for:
    a.    us to contact them;
    b.    the sign -up to be tracked as a referral so commission can be paid.

4.  ResDiary will then make contact with the Referee and, only if they sign up to our services, the Referrer will be eligible for the commission payment.

5.  A referral will be deemed successful when the Referee signs up to any of our Connect, Express, Pro, or Ultimate packages, and remains with ResDiary for a minimum of three months.  The Referee must also sign up within six months   of being referred to be considered successful.

6.  For each successful referral ResDiary will credit the Referring Customer their account subscription fee only, for three months.

7.   A particular Referral (i.e. a particular restaurant) can only be nominated for the ResDiary Customer Referral program once within a 12-month period.

8.  If a particular Referral has been referred more than once (for example, by more than one Referrer), only the first of those referrals will be considered eligible for the ResDiary  Customer Referral program.

9.  ResDiary reserves the right to cancel or change the ResDiary Customer Referral program without prior notice in its entirety, or for a specific Referrer, at any time for any or no reason.

10.  All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the ResDiary Customer Referral program will be resolved by ResDiary at its sole discretion.
